Our warranty covers eligible repairs related to workmanship. If a covered issue appears during the warranty period, we inspect the area, make the needed adjustments, and restore the installation so it performs as intended.
What the Warranty Covers
Our warranty covers common issues that may appear under normal use and environmental conditions. These may include minor settling, surface leveling adjustments, joint displacement, realignment, and surface shifting. In addition, we address drainage-related issues, water flow adjustments, joint sand reapplication, weed removal between pavers and joints, and general touch-ups that help maintain both appearance and performance.
This coverage focuses on practical corrections that protect the finished project and help it continue to function properly over time.

Some repair needs fall outside standard warranty coverage. Even so, we continue to support our clients after project completion. For non-warranty repairs that exceed $500 CAD, we offer discounted service rates to help make those repairs more cost-effective.
